How do I return an item?

Return Policy
Because the nature of our product is a customized, personal piece, returns will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made based on the content of the banner design.
Prior to printing your personalized banner, we will email you a proof at the email address you provided during checkout. Any changes or corrections will need to be disclosed at that time, along with an email approval that we will keep on file. Based on your approval of the printed piece, we will print and ship. An exception will be made if:
• -the piece you received does not match your proof approval.
• -there is clear and evident damage to the construction of the banner or to the printing itself.
• -unless otherwise noted, a banner will not be reprinted after 5 days of receipt. If a reprint is necessary, the reprint will be of the same or corrected copy of the same version of the chosen banner. Meaning, if there is a name misspelled, than we are obliged to correct the name spelling if the error is ours, but only on the same design as previously chosen. Please note, PLEASE PROOF CAREFULLY AS WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNDISCLOSED CORRECTIONS AFTER PROOF APPROVAL.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately at 614-384-0333. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
